Foster Care SA Finds New Home

Lets get started by saying the image weve used for this story was absolutely our sick and twisted doing and is in no way, shape or form associated with, or created by Caston Design. They may well be charged with coming up with a whole new look for Foster Care SA, but this image is definitely not part of it. And in our wildest dreams, when they do, its unlikely to feature a recycled bub. Which is clearly in extremely poor taste, but hopefully kind of amusing and a bit of quirky light heartedness youll forgive us for.

So, back to the story. As we mentioned, Caston Design are about to embark on giving Foster Care SA a bit of a face lift. Whats really interesting to us is, a bit like Kamina whos loving working on the ZOOS (check out the highly compelling story from earlier in the week), were starting to notice a bit of a trend of rampant do-gooderism. Maybe its always been there and we just didnt notice it. Or maybe its on the rise. What we can say for sure is were seeing a lot more of it around, and if its a growing trend, its a way more welcome one than, say, binge drinking.

As Sally Caston explained, it takes a very special person to open up your heart and home to some of these kids, and in working on this account shes realised just how lucky she is living in my white picket fence street. But Sallys no stranger to a good cause with Guide Dogs SA and Camp Quality being two other organisations she already lends a hand with. I like to align myself with brands I feel good about she said. My ethos is to work with nice people and have some fun along the way. We couldnt be more with you Sally.

At AdTown, we know a lot of other places do charity work for nicks, and that its got absolutely nothing at all to do with trying to crank out some edgy campaign that snares a gong at some self congratulatory awards show. Right? Well, paid or not, its great to see people like Sally getting involved in such worthy causes, and to her and everyone else who chips in and helps out with their creative talents, wed like to say well done and keep up the good work! Ya see? We deserve to be above car salesmen on the annual occupations survey!
